Airborne et Dennis Digital prolongent leur contract actuel

Los Angeles, California, September 11, 2006 –Airborne Entertainment, a subsidiary of CYBIRD Co., Ltd., and Dennis Digital, a subsidiary of Dennis Publishing Inc., announced today an extension to their exclusive partnership that brings Maxim, the #1 best-selling men’s lifestyle brand, as well as Dennis’ other entertainment properties, Blender and Stuff, deeper into the booming mobile market.

Capping a successful partnership that began in 2002 and has established forward-thinking Maxim as one of the top-selling brands in mobile, the new agreement will build upon a powerful foundation.  To help drive a wide array of innovative new mobile products from Airborne, including the all new Maxim Video Channel, Dennis Publishing will offer cross-platform media support in its magazine pages and on its web sites.  In addition, Dennis Digital will collaborate with Airborne to develop and execute unique promotions that tie-in with Maxim’s high-profile, exclusive parties and events.

“One of the great mobile partnerships has just gotten greater,” said Airborne CEO Garner Bornstein.  “The people at Dennis believed in us and in this industry at a time when even the most optimistic were skeptical.  Their foresight and tenacity helped establish Maxim as a mobile must-have, and helped put Airborne into its position of leadership.”

"When we first entered the mobile space in 2002, we were excited about the potential of the wireless world," said Todd Anderman, President of Dennis Digital.  "Over the past four years, Airborne helped us turn that potential into a reality for Maxim.  We are now entering the next phase of our relationship and together we will be producing some of the most innovative mobile content in the marketplace for all Dennis Digital brands."

Last year, over 5.8 million units of Maxim mobile product were sold across all major North American carriers.  More than one million Maxim wallpapers were sold through Sprint, marking the industry’s first Platinum Screensaver milestone. New content planned for release under the agreement includes two new mobile games—Maxim Score Wars, an innovative new take on the fantasy sports genre and Maxim Slider, a hot puzzler featuring Maxim models—as well as additional personalization, messaging and information products for Blender and Stuff.

In addition to development of mobile content, Airborne will continue to manage Dennis Digital’s direct-to-consumer sales initiatives through MaximToGo.com and other affiliated sites.

“The continuation of this deal comes at the best of times,” said Andy Nulman, President of Airborne.  “The industry is reaching a critical mass, we have more access to, and more ideas for Maxim mobile content than ever before.  Most importantly, both Airborne and Dennis have become increasingly savvy as per how to market it.  The end result will delight current customers, and attract scores of new ones.”
